(Talk is given by someone who lives with chronic obstructive pulmonary disorder and who devised and followed this plan that has allowed her to move backwards in time from Stage 4 to a better and healthier Stage 3 prognosis.)

Tips and topical information is given on saving money when purchasing produce, wasting less produce by utilizing more of it, and the benefits of eating fresh produce for a healthier lifestyle. In short, this talk creates a win, win, win process that puts more money in your pocket, less produce in the trash, and more health and nutrition in your tummy!

THE JOY OF GROWING OLD WITH GOD-–

Approximately 20 minutes but discussions can go longer. Works well in a small venue of 10-40 people. Christian based.
     The behind the scene story, as told by its organizer, about this anthology that focuses on the joy of growing older. Hear how God weaved the book together in a perfect pattern, beginning with invitations to possible writers, finding a cover image, and all the stories between the covers. Even in grief, joy can abound. This talk tells why it’s important to tell our stories.
     [Cost is $5.00 or equivalent donation and includes a copy of, The Joy of Growing Old with God.]

     Speaker enumerates hints and tips on how to live healthy, wealthy & wise no matter what your budget, circumstance or age.
